Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) has named Brian Roers and Kent Roers, Owners and Co-Founders of Roers Companies, as finalists for the Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2024 Heartland Award. The program celebrates entrepreneurs from the Dakotas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, and Kansas.

Brian and Kent Roers were selected from a competitive pool of regional entrepreneurs, recognizing their commitment to building long-term value through entrepreneurial spirit, purpose, growth, and impact.

Dominic Iannazzo, Entrepreneur Of The Year program director and managing partner for EY’s Minneapolis office, said all of the Heartland finalists are “bold entrepreneurs creating a lasting impression in their industries and communities.” Brian and Kent were last named finalists in 2021.

Entrepreneur Of The Year honors business leaders for their ingenuity, courage, and entrepreneurial spirit. Regional award winners will be announced on June 20, 2024, with the chance to compete for national recognition at the Strategic Growth Forum® in November.
