Maven Apartments
Located in Burnsville, Minnesota — a location without any new apartments communities in 14 years — Maven drew incredible interest from the local community. The 137-unit property opened in April 2020. With construction wrapping at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, it wasn’t an ideal time to open a new multifamily building. However, Maven exceeded expectations across the board.
