Market-Rate Apartments

The Blakeley is a high-quality 205-unit, market rate apartment building on the northwest corner of Windermere Way and Marystown Road in Shakopee, MN. This 4-story project features a diversity of housing types ranging from studio to 3-bedroom. Units are built with high-end finishes and includes balconies or private walk-ups and patios. This project creates a neighborhood feel while extensive landscaping and walking paths create an abundant green space for the residents. Construction began July 2023 and we welcomed our first residents in December 2025.
