The Roers Companies team celebrated with industry members at the 2024 Minnesota Real Estate Awards on Thursday, April 18! We’re thrilled to announce that Roers Cos. was named Multifamily Property Management Company of the Year, and our very own Lara Page was recognized as the Female Real Estate Lawyer of the Year! This is an incredible honor.

Additionally, Roers Companies was selected as a finalist in multiple categories including General Contractor of the Year, Owner/Landlord of the Year, and Developer of the Year. Shane LaFave was an Executive of the Year nominee for his outstanding leadership and contributions to the company. Three of our projects were finalists in the Senior Housing – Suburban West category including Risor of Bloomington, Risor of Maple Grove, and Risor of St. Louis Park.
