The Roers Cos. Team

Shane LaFave has been in the real estate development field for 15 years. He has worked on everything from affordable housing renovations in suburban areas to high-end market-rate buildings in urban cores. Shane has also worked to develop multiple hotels, historic buildings, commercial spaces, and two solar farms. As Executive Vice President, he oversees the development team as they drive new projects from initial conception through the end of construction. This includes finding sites, lining up financing, obtaining entitlement approvals, coordinating design, and collaborating with other departments to bring each new project online. He joined the Roers Cos. executive team in 2023. Shane was selected as one of Finance & Commerce’s POWER 30 Developers for 2022 and 2023.
