Co-CEOs and Founders of Roers Companies, Brian Roers and Kent Roers, have been named award winners in the Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2026 Heartland program.

Presented by Ernst & Young LLP (EY US), Entrepreneur Of The Year® is widely regarded as the world’s most prestigious business award for entrepreneurs. The program recognizes visionary leaders of high-growth companies who demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, growth, and long-term value creation. An independent panel of judges selects regional winners, recognizing some of the most accomplished business leaders across the Heartland region.

Since founding Roers Cos. in 2012, Brian and Kent have expanded the company from a multifamily developer focused in North Dakota into a national real estate platform. Today, Roers Cos. offers in-house development, construction, property management, and investment capabilities. The company serves more than 13,000 residents through communities it has developed. Over the past three years, Roers Cos. has completed approximately 30 projects. In 2025 alone, the company completed 11 projects totaling more than 2.7 million square feet across five states.

The Entrepreneur Of The Year® program celebrates founders, business leaders, and family business operators who are making a lasting impact through their leadership and contributions to their industries and communities. As Heartland award winners, Brian and Kent will now advance to the Entrepreneur Of The Year® National Awards, set to be presented in November at the Strategy Growth Forum®.
