Roers Cos. recently hosted its Builder’s Best Awards in Austin, Texas, bringing together trade partners and team members to recognize the individuals and companies building multifamily communities across the region.
The Builder’s Best Awards is an annual recognition program that celebrates the trade partners behind Roers Cos.’ construction projects in each of the company’s core regions. Winners are selected through nominations and voting by local Roers Cos. construction team members, highlighting the partners who consistently demonstrate excellence in quality, safety, collaboration, and project execution.
The 2026 Texas Builder’s Best Award winners include:

- This award goes to a trade partner that consistently delivers outstanding craftsmanship, attention to detail, and superior workmanship on every project.
- Master of Momentum: Republic Elite
- This award goes to a trade partner that consistently meets or exceeds project deadlines, keeps work progressing efficiently, and demonstrates outstanding scheduling coordination.
- Commitment to Safety: Shipman Fire Protection
- This award goes to a trade partner that prioritizes safety, maintains a strong safety record, and ensures that job sites are secure for all team members.
- Supplier of the Year: Villa Lighting
- This award goes to a supplier who provides exceptional service, product quality, and reliability, ensuring seamless collaboration with our Purchasing, Design, and Operations teams.
- Trade Partner of the Year: Jimmy Evans
- This award goes to a trade partner that excels in collaboration, reliability, and overall impact on our projects, setting the standard for excellence in the industry.
The awards celebration also highlighted several outstanding finalists whose partnership and craftsmanship help drive project success. Roers Cos. extends its appreciation to Bjornstad Construction Supply, Coronado Stucco and Stone, Emerald Pools, Hutchinson, IES Electrical, and Sprint Lumber for their contributions throughout the year.
Each finalist exemplifies the values that contribute to successful communities and strong partnerships. The event also served as an opportunity to thank the many trade partners who work alongside Roers Cos. every day.
