Roers Companies recently sold Mezzo Apartments, located in Northeast Minneapolis, on Thursday, April 25. The apartment community was over 95 percent leased just five months after it opened in mid-November 2018, making it the company's most successful apartment lease-up to date. Havenwood of Buffalo marks our fifth Havenwood Senior Living project to start in the last 18 months. This property will be operated by Walker Methodist and open in early 2020.
