Mezzo Apartments Sold Less Than a Year After Opening

Roers Companies recently sold Mezzo Apartments, located in Northeast Minneapolis, on Thursday, April 25. The apartment community was over 95 percent leased just five months after it opened in mid-November 2018, making it the company's most successful apartment lease-up to date.
