Roers Companies recently sold Mezzo Apartments, located in Northeast Minneapolis, on Thursday, April 25. The apartment community was over 95 percent leased just five months after it opened in mid-November 2018, making it the company’s most successful apartment lease-up to date. Core Living, Roers Cos.’ property management partner, will continue to manage the community.
