Roers Companies’ first-ever Builder’s Best Awards took place Thursday, July 10, at our Oberon site in Maplewood, Minnesota. This new annual tradition honors the outstanding trade partners who bring our projects to life — recognizing the individuals and companies whose dedication and craftsmanship make each new community we develop possible.

The event brought together an incredible group of industry professionals for an afternoon of appreciation and connection, culminating in the presentation of this year’s Builder’s Best Awards for Minnesota. Congratulations to all of our finalists and winners. These award recipients were nominated by our construction employees to represent the best of the best — consistently delivering with integrity, precision, and professionalism.

  • This award goes to a trade partner that consistently meets or exceeds project deadlines, keeps work progressing efficiently, and demonstrates outstanding scheduling coordination.
• Excellence in Quality: Autumn Ridge Landscaping
  • This award goes to a trade partner that consistently delivers outstanding craftsmanship, attention to detail, and superior workmanship on every project.
