Shaun Sheller serves as Senior Vice President of Construction at Roers Companies, where he leads the firm’s construction, design, and purchasing teams. Since joining the organization in 2022, he has played a key role in expanding operations nationwide and strengthening the systems, processes, and teams that support Roers Cos.’ continued growth. With more than 20 years of experience across multifamily, commercial, and mid-rise construction, Shaun brings a strong background in both field operations and construction leadership. He is known for driving operational excellence, improving cross-functional collaboration, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and project execution across diverse markets.

Shaun is passionate about developing high-performing teams and delivering consistent, high-quality results across a national portfolio. His leadership continues to strengthen Roers Cos.’ ability to execute complex developments on time and within budget while supporting long-term growth. Shaun attended Iowa State University and is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
