Shaun Sheller joined Roers Companies as the Director of General Contracting in January 2022 with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and has since been promoted to Senior Director of Construction, then Vice President of Construction. In his career, Shaun has played an active role in construction projects that include multifamily, commercial, and mid-rise buildings. His experience in both field operations and construction administration builds the solid foundation for the newly formed in-house general contracting team for Roers Companies. Shaun enjoys building system solutions and processes into the daily workflow of projects to streamline communication and bring projects to successful completion. Shaun is proud to call Iowa State University his alma mater, and is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
