Roers Companies is proud to share that our Owner and Co-founder, Brian Roers, has been recognized as the 2025 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Donald McNeely Center for Entrepreneurship at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University (CSB/SJU).
The Entrepreneur of the Year Awards celebrate alumni who launch and lead ventures, seize opportunities, and create lasting value in their communities and industries.
Brian was honored for his entrepreneurial leadership and the lasting impact of founding Roers Companies alongside his brother, Kent. Since its founding in 2012, Roers Cos. has grown into a national real estate firm with more than $4 billion in development across 14 states and recognition as a Top 25 developer and builder by the National Multifamily Housing Council.
While the award highlights impressive business success, it also reflects the values instilled in Brian during his time at Saint John’s — values that continue to influence how we build communities, foster partnerships, and shape our company culture today.
“That place had a big impact on my life,” Brian shared with Saint John’s. “I still have the Benedictine values on a plaque in my office. More than that, I formed relationships there that continue to this day.”
From early days rehabbing homes with his siblings to leading a fast-growing national firm, Brian’s journey embodies perseverance, purpose, and teamwork.
