Roers Companies construction services team represents our owners and investors to third-party and in-house general contractors and subcontractors on our jobsites. With our in-house construction group, we closely monitor each project’s budget, schedule, and workmanship. This group also includes design and purchasing teams who help execute Roers Companies’ vision for each property.
Construction Expertise
Bidding & Estimating
Our construction team reviews pricing, qualifications, and scopes of work from each general contractor as well as key vendors to help estimate project costs, assure quality, and minimize overages.
Plan Review
We pour over each architectural drawing and material selection plan to offer enhancements and recommendations as needed, resolving questions before they become problems.
Construction Management
Serving as the owners’ representative on each property’s jobsite, Roers Cos.’ construction managers ensure work is done on time and any issues are resolved quickly.
Design
The in-house interior design team partners with our development and construction groups as well as outside architecture firms and product suppliers to create exceptional properties. They meticulously select materials, fixtures, finishes, and furniture to curate desirable homes and amenity spaces.
