Construction Management Team

The construction management team is responsible for the overall management of the construction process from pre-construction through completion of the project and turn over to the property management team. They have technical expertise in construction, real estate, and architecture and manage relationships with general contractors, architects, construction companies, municipal authorities, and financial institutions as well as internal teams throughout Roers Cos. They primarily focus on working with general contractors (GCs) — both third-party GCs and Roers General Contracting — and ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
