Brian Roers and Kent Roers, Co-Founders and Owners of Roers Companies, have been named finalists for the Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2026 Heartland Award by Ernst & Young LLP (EY US). The award recognizes business leaders across the Dakotas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, and Kansas who are shaping industries and strengthening communities through innovation, leadership, and purpose-driven impact.

Finalists are selected by an independent panel of judges and evaluated based on leadership, vision, and their ability to create lasting value. The recognition highlights individuals who are not only building successful organizations but also making a meaningful impact beyond their business.

Now in its 41st year, Entrepreneur Of The Year® celebrates a wide range of leaders, from founders who built companies from the ground up to executives guiding established organizations through continued evolution. Brian and Kent’s selection reflects their long-term vision, entrepreneurial approach, and commitment to delivering high-quality housing while supporting the communities they serve.

Regional award winners will be announced on June 18, 2026 in Minneapolis, with the opportunity to advance to national recognition at the Strategic Growth Forum® in November.
