With over 26 years of experience in property management, Tina is a dynamic and people centric leader, currently serving as Vice President of Property Management at Roers Companies. Tina leads the operations team of a diverse and growing portfolio of 6,000+ units across multiple states. Previously, as Executive Vice President at Nxt Property Management, she directed both company-wide and property operations across Utah and Idaho. Prior to that, Tina excelled as a Senior Director at Greystar, driving operations for 115 properties and 30,000 units across 10 states. Her expertise spans market-rate and affordable properties, construction start-ups, phased lease-ups, value-add repositioning, and mixed-use multifamily developments.
