As Assistant Project Manager, Ted Cotter provides essential support to the project team to ensure construction is completed on time and within budget. His responsibilities include managing submittals, handling requests for information (RFIs), and assisting field staff with owner walks and closeout documentation. For the past four years, Ted served as an Assistant Superintendent for Ironmark and Rise Modular, where he played a crucial role in building large-budget multifamily, market-rate, and affordable housing projects in the Twin Cities metro area. Ted graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.
