The Roers Cos. Team

As Director of Design, Steve oversees the internal design team and manages the work of Roers Companies’ consulting design partners. He is responsible for driving design excellence, consistency, and efficiency across the entire portfolio.

A registered architect with more than 30 years of experience, Steve has led design efforts for multifamily, hospitality, and retail projects nationwide. He has also held several leadership roles within state and local chapters of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Minnesota and is a member of the AIA.
