As Regional Manager, Shanna Modisette oversees Roers Companies’ Wisconsin portfolio, bringing two decades of expertise in property management. Her deep knowledge of property management spans various states and asset types, including market-rate and affordable housing and the revitalization of distressed and transitioning properties. Shanna holds an associate’s degree in Accounting from Ashworth College and is a proud veteran of the U.S. Army.
