Shane LaFave has been in the real estate development field for more than 18 years. He has worked on everything from affordable housing renovations in suburban areas to high-end market-rate buildings in urban cores. Shane has also worked to develop multiple hotels, historic buildings, commercial spaces, and two solar farms. As Executive Vice President, Shane sits on Roers Cos.’ Executive Leadership Team and leads the development, construction, property management, and human resources teams, ensuring each project moves smoothly from concept to completion while maintaining an exceptional resident experience. Since starting with Roers Cos. in 2019 and joining the executive team in 2023, Shane has been instrumental in building and leading a strong, dedicated team. He was recognized as one of Finance & Commerce’s POWER 30 Developers for three consecutive years: 2021, 2022, and 2023.
