As Purchasing Manager, Sandra works as a pricing and value engineering resource, working closely with the design team to achieve project budget goals. She has been instrumental in developing national account partnerships and negotiating national account pricing for the company. With over 25 years of experience in construction procurement and project management, her extensive knowledge in the industry allows her to maximize savings to ensure that Roers Companies is getting the best possible price and value for multifamily projects. Prior to joining Roers Cos., Sandra worked as a procurement manager for Lifetime Construction and as a project manager, playing an integral role in all aspects of the construction process.
