The Roers Cos. Team

Sammy Huberty joined Roers Cos. in 2019, where her role in property management introduced her to construction projects and sparked her passion for design. As Design Coordinator, she ensures cohesive, on-brand designs by evaluating plans and aligning projects with market demands and community needs. Her ability to blend creativity with organization allows her to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams on construction coordination, budget decisions, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selections to create high-quality spaces.

Sammy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Journalism from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and certifications in Sustainable Building: Design and Specification, Sustainable Construction, and Material Chemistry.
