The Roers Cos. Team

As a Development Analyst, Sam supports the Roers Companies development team in originating both market-rate and affordable housing projects. His role includes conducting site due diligence, performing financial underwriting, and navigating the entitlement process.

Sam joined Roers Cos. as an intern in May 2024 and continued through his senior year of college before transitioning into a full-time role. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas with degrees in Finance and Real Estate.
