Russell “Dusty” Broad, serves as the Quality and Safety Manager for the Florida region, overseeing quality and safety programs for projects. With 20 years of experience in construction as a safety professional, Dusty has worked on a variety of projects, including high-rise commercial, government, and large electrical projects. His expertise and commitment to ensuring safe and high-quality project execution greatly benefit Roers Companies construction endeavors. Dusty holds a master’s degree in Information Technology Cybersecurity from the Florida Institute of Technology, as well as master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University. He is a US Navy veteran, having served from 1996 to 2006. Dusty holds numerous certifications, including Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), OSHA 500 Authorized Instructor, and certifications to instruct First Aid, CPR, AED, Confined Space, and various lifts.
