The Roers Cos. Team

Roz Mongin joined Roers Cos. with over a year of experience in the construction industry. In her career, Roz has played an active role in construction projects that include healthcare, municipal, commercial, and tenant interior work. Her experience in both safety and construction administration strengthens the project coordination team for the newly-formed, in-house General Contracting department within Roers Cos. Roz’s education includes a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and Construction Management certification from Columbia University. She has also served as a nationally registered paramedic. Roz is a member of Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women and is an active member of the Education & Leadership committee.
