With a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and a Construction Management certification from Columbia University, Roz brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Driven by a passion for improving workflows, her administrative strengths and experience as a nationally registered paramedic enrich her problem-solving and leadership abilities. As an active member of Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women, Roz serves on the Education and Leadership committee, leveraging her platform to foster growth and inclusivity within the construction industry.
