Roger Winslow is a Superintendent at Roers Companies, overseeing day-to-day activities on the job site to ensure projects are completed on time and at a high standard. He focuses on sharing knowledge with his team to promote quality outcomes and maximize production. Roger’s construction career began as a carpenter, specializing in building and trimming single-family homes and townhomes, which fostered his passion for wood-framed structures and detailed finishes. He graduated from St. Cloud State University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Roger holds certifications in OSHA 30-Hour, Rough Terrain Forklift operation, First Aid, CPR, and AED.
