Robert Faith is a Senior Project Manager for Roers Companies out of the Texas office who is dedicated to leading his team through all phases of a project. Robert believes in strong communication and managing expectations while helping to problem solve and mentor to the best of his ability. Robert has over 25 years in the construction trade, from building single-family homes to multifamily projects, Robert has spent seven of those years as a Project Manager in the field. Robert has a proven track record in multifamily construction, budget management, and project scheduling having worked on projects in both New Mexico and Texas.
