The Roers Cos. Team

Peter joined our team in June 2022 as an intern and quickly elevated to a full-time Development Staff Associate position in September 2022. He was promoted to Development Associate in January 2024. His role largely consists of assisting in the development process by originating and underwriting projects, performing market research, and navigating entitlements for both affordable and market-rate projects. He graduated from St. John’s University with a degree in Global Business Leadership.
