Throughout his career, Peter has been actively involved in the implementation of employee retention programs, scheduling, and merchandising for some of the largest retail chains in the United States. His diverse experience in both field operations and account management provides a strong foundation for his role at Roers Companies. Peter is adept at leveraging existing processes and implementing new procedures to enhance the daily workflow of projects, aiming to streamline communication and ensure successful project completion. His educational background includes an associate’s degree in Journalism from the University of Minnesota, an associate’s degree in Liberal Arts from Normandale College, and a certificate in Computer Programming from Brown College.
