As Regional Manager, Nolan Higdem oversees a portfolio of Active 55+ properties throughout Minnesota. He joined Roers Companies as a Property Manager, was promoted to Multi-Site Property Manager, and then advanced to Regional Manager. Nolan brings 17 years of business management experience, including a background in hotels, food and beverage, and property management. He enjoys working with residents and management teams to transform beautiful facilities into vibrant communities. Nolan graduated from North Dakota State University with dual bachelor’s degrees in Hospitality and Recreation.
