Nick Asta has been in the real estate industry for five years. As a Senior Development Associate for Roers Companies, he is actively focused on new construction of affordable and market-rate housing projects. Nick supports all aspects of the development process including origination of new projects, financial underwriting, sourcing debt and equity, overseeing the design process, obtaining city entitlements, and managing the construction process. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin—Madison.
