Miguel De Diago is a Superintendent in the Florida region, overseeing staff on construction sites and managing project schedules. Before joining Roers Companies, he worked as a contractor on multifamily projects. He is deeply engaged in his work, with a passion for incorporating new technologies. Miguel prioritizes safety and organization, leading by example with a hands-on approach. He is fluent in Spanish, French, and Portuguese, and is known for his open communication and approachability. Miguel holds both a Bachelor of Science as well as an Associate of Science degree. Miguel maintains certifications in SWEEP, OSHA 30-Hour, Forklift Operation, and various other construction-related areas.
