As Construction Manager, Michael Osborn is involved in all aspects of a project from conception, planning, and design to construction, completion, and closeout. He acts as a liaison between the owners and general contractors while managing the overall construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. Throughout his career, Mike has been involved in several facets of the construction process on more than 500 multifamily projects. Before joining Roers Companies, he spent 17 years working for product manufacturers and installers of concrete and waterproofing systems in multifamily and commercial construction. Mike holds an MBA from Concordia University in St. Paul.
