Michael Gault serves as an Assistant Superintendent at Roers Companies, overseeing daily operations and assisting with scheduling, meetings, and subcontractor supervision. Michael ensures a safe and clean worksite for the team. With over 20 years in the construction industry, Michael brings a wealth of experience, particularly in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Prior to joining Roers Cos., he owned an air conditioning company. Michael graduated from Haltom High School and holds numerous certifications in the construction industry.
