The Roers Cos. Team

Matt Severson leads the Preconstruction department for Roers Companies’ general contracting arm, which consists of overseeing the estimating process to ensure each project meets budget expectations. He also supports development and construction management through various pricing exercises over the lifecycle of the design process. Matt comes with ample experience working as a Senior Estimator for RJM Construction focused on commercial, municipal, healthcare, historic rehab, and multifamily projects. He graduated from Minnesota State University—Moorhead.
