As Director of Construction for the Minnesota market, Leighlin Bille leads day-to-day operations to ensure project excellence while optimizing costs, schedules, and team performance. Leighlin brings 15 years of experience overseeing large-scale, multi-site retail construction programs across all 50 states, including remodels, ground-up builds, and enterprise rollouts. Leighlin is known for building scalable construction operations and leading cross-functional teams with a people-centered approach that empowers individuals and drives results. She holds a master’s degree in Childhood Education and Special Education from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Communications from Boston College.
