Lara Page, General Counsel, provides direction and legal guidance on all aspects of Roers Companies’ development and corporate operations. Lara works closely with the development and equity teams on the structuring and financing of transactions and oversees Roers Cos. corporate governance. Prior to joining Roers Cos., Lara spent 10 years in private practice with Stinson LLP, where she focused on bank lending, affordable housing, and tax-incentive finance projects.
