Kirk Ackerman holds the position of Senior Superintendent. He is a seasoned professional entrusted with managing all on-site activities and subcontractors from the inception of a project until its final turnover. With an impressive track record, Kirk has successfully overseen the management of over 4,000 multifamily units, including apartments, townhomes, and condominiums. His expertise in journeyman carpentry and blueprint reading, acquired during his education at St. Paul Technical College, is an invaluable asset to his role. Additionally, he has obtained the SWWP Certified Trainer certification from the University of Minnesota. Kirk also holds several essential certifications, such as OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour, first aid, CPR, SWWP, forklift, and all-terrain lift certifications, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency on site.
