Kevin Sturgeon joined Roers Companies as a Development Associate in 2021 after two years in the real estate development field. Since then, he has been promoted to Developer. He is focused on the new construction and acquisition/rehabilitation of affordable housing. His role includes deal origination, financial underwriting, sourcing of debt and equity, entitlements, and managing the architectural and construction process. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin—Madison with a degree in finance.
