Kevin Sturgeon has been in the real estate development industry for over 5 years and is focused on the new construction and acquisition/rehabilitation of affordable and market rate housing. As Developer, Kevin leads the real estate development process from deal origination, sourcing of debt and equity, feasibility analysis and financial underwriting, obtaining city entitlement approvals, and managing the architectural and construction processes. Kevin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in finance.
