The Roers Cos. Team

As Development Partner, Kevin is focused on the new construction, acquisition, and rehabilitation of affordable and market rate housing. He leads the real estate development process from deal origination, sourcing and negotiation of debt and equity, and feasibility analysis and financial underwriting. Kevin also works to obtain city entitlement approvals, and manages the architectural and construction processes. In his time at Roers Cos., he has closed over 3,000 units across the country, totaling more than $1 billion in development. Kevin graduated from the University of Wisconsin—Madison with a degree in finance.
