With over 20 years in the construction industry, Juan’s expertise spans various sectors, including multifamily, heavy civil, federal contracts, commercial, public works, and recreational projects. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and a master’s in Construction Management from the University of Texas at El Paso.
