Jonathan Schwendeman serves as a Superintendent, overseeing the coordination of contracted work with his site team to ensure the successful completion of projects according to plans. With over 20 years of experience in construction, Jonathan has built a diverse portfolio, including residential homes, commercial spaces, hospitals, schools, and apartments. He has expertise in waterproofing, stick and metal framing, hardwood flooring, cabinet building and installation, basketball court floor installation, refinishing, graphics, and tile work. Jonathan’s commitment to excellence is evident in his work, where he holds people accountable to the schedule, safety standards, quality expectations, and plans. He attended Texas A&M and holds multiple certifications, including Procore, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), CPR, Rough Terrain Forklift, and OSHA 30-Hour, demonstrating his commitment to ongoing professional development and safety in the construction industry.
