Jon Pelletier serves as a Senior Superintendent at Roers Companies, overseeing the daily progress of all site and construction-related activities. He also plays a key role in training and mentoring other superintendents and assistant superintendents on the project. With over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, Jon has a strong background in both ground-up construction and substantial remodeling. He has worked on various projects including multifamily buildings, warehouses, retail spaces, tilt-up constructions, strip malls, grocery stores, and demolition projects. Jon graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics and a minor in Psychology. He holds several certifications relevant to his field, including OSHA 30-Hour, SWPPP, CPR , Forklift Operation, Scaffolding, Fall Protection, and Excavation. Jon’s diverse experience and educational background make him a valuable asset to the Roers Cos. team.
