As Chief Financial Officer, John leads the finance, accounting, and asset management teams at Roers Companies. He is responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and long-term value.

John brings extensive experience in financial modeling, executive reporting, team leadership, and process improvement. His background spans finance, analysis, engineering, and program management, providing him with a well-rounded, strategic approach to scaling operations and strengthening financial performance.

John holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago. He is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
