The Roers Cos. Team

Jessica joins Roers Companies with nine years of experience in the construction industry. In her career, Jessica has played an active role in construction projects that include residential, multifamily, and custom homes. Her experience in both internal operations and construction field administration helps provide a foundation for the project coordinator team at Roers Cos. In her role as Project Administration Manager, she oversees and optimizes project coordination and administrative functions across all of Roers General Contracting in all regions. Jessica enjoys navigating solutions into the daily workflow of projects as well as ensuring that all aspects of a project are in conformance with deliverables. She is an active member of the Texas Chapter of National Women in Construction and holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Angelo State University.
