The Roers Cos. Team

Heather leads Roers Companies’ marketing and communications strategies as Director of Corporate Marketing. She oversees corporate brand positioning and creative direction, internal and external communication, PR and social media, awards, corporate events, website strategy, and more for Roers Cos.

Heather joined the firm in Fall 2019. Prior to Roers Cos., Heather worked in marketing and communications roles within several industries: B2B software, engineering, and commercial real estate (capital markets). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English with a Creative Writing emphasis from the University of Wisconsin—Eau Claire. She is an active member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).

NOTE: Investor marketing and events, renter lead-generation, and property-brand marketing are led by other teams within Roers Cos.
