The Roers Cos. Team

Heather leads the firm’s marketing and communications strategies as Director of Corporate Marketing. She oversees brand positioning and management, internal and external communications including PR and social media, advertising, content marketing, events, and website strategy for Roers Companies.

Heather joined Roers Cos. in 2019 as a Marketing Manager. She led multiple successful lease-ups, helped stable properties maximize occupancy, and created many of the property brands now operating and under construction. Together with the marketing team, her efforts earned a 2020 Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA) MADACS Award for Best Overall Marketing Campaign for Maven Apartments.

Prior to joining Roers Cos., Heather worked within the B2B software, engineering, and commercial real estate industries. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English with a Creative Writing emphasis from the University of Wisconsin—Eau Claire.
