Hasan joined Roers Companies in April 2024 as a Development Analyst. He provides assistance with project origination, underwriting, market analysis, due diligence, entitlements, and supporting both the design and construction teams, along with other tasks in the development process of affordable and market-rate housing. Prior to joining Roers Companies, Hasan worked in the tech industry at several leading software firms in various capacities before pivoting to real estate. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin—Madison with a degree in Real Estate.
