As Vice President of Construction, Hans guides the execution of project deliverables for Roers General Contracting’s Eastern region. Hans also provides invaluable leadership and fosters development within project teams. With over 20 years of construction experience, Hans has a rich and diverse background spanning residential and commercial projects across the nation. From New York to California, Seattle to Houston, and everywhere in between, he has successfully navigated the construction landscape. His educational achievements include an associate’s degree in general studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus, further complemented by an undergraduate certificate in Leadership and Workforce Development through the United States Sergeants Major Academy.
