As Project Manager, Eric is responsible for overseeing the ground-up construction of Roers Companies entities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. With a background spanning commercial and residential projects, Eric has worked on a wide range of builds, from single-family homes to commercial fitness facilities with full amenities. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University—Mankato, providing him with a solid educational foundation for his role. Additionally, he is OSHA 30-Hour certified, demonstrating his commitment to safety in construction projects.
