As Director of Field Operations for the Western region, Darren oversees all field aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. His portfolio prior to joining the Roers Companies team includes high-rise multifamily, multifamily, campus, hospital, government, and oil and gas projects. Additionally, Darren is experienced in building schedules and carrying out preconstruction and constructability reviews.
