Dan Imre is a professional with extensive experience in the commercial general contracting industry spanning over 25 years. He has also worked in the multifamily real estate market for over nine years. In his role, Dan is responsible for managing the construction schedule and budget of various construction projects. He diligently reviews plan changes to ensure conformance and identifies any cost impacts to maintain a high-quality finished product. Collaborating with architects, Dan finalizes design and construction finishes that align with the intended budget. He also works closely with the development team to negotiate and enter into contracts with general contractors within the allotted budget. Dan Imre holds a bachelor’s in Construction Management from Augsburg University.
